A Lukas Graham and Juan Karlos collaboration could happen in Manila
Many Filipinos are likely familiar with the lyrics of a song that say, “go make yourself some friends, or you’ll be lonely.” This verse may hold true as Lukas Graham, the band behind “7 Years,” makes a return to the Philippines.
Excitement is in the air, whether you’re going with friends or solo, as the Danish pop sensation will hit the stage on Oct. 22 at the New Frontier Theatre.
This show is part of the “Love Someone” singer’s Asia Tour that will kick off on Oct. 21 in Taiwan.
The band took to their Instagram to share the good news with fans, writing, “Get your tickets for the coming shows in Asia now!”

Meanwhile, in one of the band’s TikTok videos, Juan Karlos, the Filipino singer-songwriter who made history with his song “Ere” by becoming the first Filipino song to debut on the Spotify global chart, commented, “Heard you’re coming here! Can’t wait to watch the show!!”
The band did not hesitate to respond and extend an invitation to the Filipino singer, saying, “Hey JK! Why not come and perform this song with me instead?”

There’s a good chance that Filipino pride will be at its peak as everyone eagerly expects a special “Love Someone” performance with JK as he commented back “IM DOWN!!!”
