A1 keen to collaborate with Ben&Ben, SB19
British-Norwegian boy band A1 has sparked excitement among Filipino music fans after sharing their interest in potential collaborations with local artists.
During a recent press conference held in Manila, Paul Marazzi, Christian Ingebrigtsen, Mark Read, and Ben Adams all shared their eagerness to collaborate with renowned Filipino acts such as Ben&Ben and P-pop sensation SB19.
“I honestly love the music of Ben&Ben,” praised Mark Read. “I think they are a fantastic band… musically, I think they would be a great fit.”
Read also wasn’t shy about their admiration for P-pop sensation SB19. The only concern? “They were a bit young for us,” Read humorously acknowledged.
If ever this collaboration pushes through, this wouldn’t be the first time for the fantastic four to join forces with a Filipino artist.
A1 did an online collaboration with Filipino singer Morissette Amon to perform their hit track “Like a Rose.” Collaborating with other prominent Filipino artists like Ben&Ben and SB19 could pave the way for more memorable musical fusions and enrich the cultural exchange in the music industry.

Celebrating their 25th anniversary as a group, A1 graced the Philippine stage for their special concert series, A1 Twenty Five. This marked their seventh visit to the Philippines and their return to the original line-up, with Marazzi reuniting with his bandmates.
A1 last performed in Manila for a reunion concert in October 2018. This year, the foursome started off on Oct. 12 in Davao and on Oct.13 in Cebu before they concluded with a two-day finale in Quezon City on Oct. 14 and 15.
