NFL star Travis Kelce celebrates win with rumored date Taylor Swift

Has Taylor Swift found new meaning to her “Blank Space” lyric “’Cause you know I love the players / And you love the game”? 

The singer-songwriter was spotted at the Arrowhead Stadium earlier today, Sept. 25, watching the Kansas City Chiefs win against the Chicago Bears. Swift was wearing a Chiefs hoodie and had a great view at a suite, sitting beside Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce’s mom Donna. Could this mean that she’s giving Kelce a chance after his viral failed attempt to initially shoot his shot?

Kelce first revealed that he was crushing on Swift on his podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce in July. He talked about his disappointment after he failed to hand her a friendship bracelet, which Swifties trade during Eras Tour shows, with his number on it when he attended her concert.

Since then, the pair has been subject to dating rumors after a report claiming that they’ve been “quietly hanging out” was published earlier this month.

Kelce addressed the rumor on the The Pat McAfee Show on Sept. 22. Though Kelce didn’t clarify whether they’ve met in person, he said that the ball is in her court after he told her, “I’ve seen you rock the stage at Arrowhead [Stadium]. You might have to come see me rock the stage at Arrowhead and see which one’s a little more lit.”

And Swift’s answer to his invitation is clear as day with the clip of her reaction to Kelce’s touchdown. GN Sports anchor Jarrett Payton even caught the pair leaving the stadium together, walking closely side by side. It seems Kelce even dressed to impress in a splattered denim ensemble.

A number of Swifties described Kelce’s outfit as “‘1989-’coded.” Others weren’t too impressed by his choice for a possible date night with the superstar, joking that he looked like he just finished painting his house.

But the only opinion on the outfit that really matters is Swift’s. So far, she’s been keeping mum on the rumors. And Kelce isn’t the only celebrity she’s been meeting up with. Fans are also waiting to hear about her recent dinners with her ex’s ex wife Sophie Turner.
