On July 19, folks from the South Korean entertainment industry gathered for the second annual Blue Dragon Series Awards at Incheon’s Paradise City. Presented by sports newspaper Sports Chosun, this much-awaited celebration highlights media from streaming services.
Aside from Girls Generation’s YoonA and TV presenter Jun Hyun-moo as the returning hosts, and the addition of new awards (a Daesang, OST Popularity Award, and Why Not Award), another exciting fact about the program was Shin Ye-eun (“The Glory”) and Jeon Yeo-been’s (“Vincenzo”) red carpet outfits. They are original creations by Monique Lhuillier. She’s a Filipino creative director and fashion designer, who’s known for her elegant bridalwear portfolio, among other creations.

Shin Ye-eun donned a majestic strapless ball gown with dreamy embellishments—it looks like a starry night sky from afar. In all smiles, the 25-year-old actress waved to the attendees. She even shone brighter when she received her award as best rookie actress for the teen mystery series “Revenge of Others.”
