Man, 20, charged in shooting death of Filipino teen in Honolulu
Honolulu police arrested an adult man in connection with the shooting death of a 17-year-old Filipino by another teenager.
Waylen K. Armstrong-Kea, 20, was indicted via video conference from the courthouse cellblock at Honolulu District Court on charges of second-degree murder, kidnapping, fourth-degree arson and two firearm offenses. His bail is set at $2 million.
A 16-year-old boy, who was with Armstrong-Kea, had been arrested and accused of shooting to death Miguel Agoo Jr., 17, at Makaha Beach Park on May 21. The car ridden by the suspect was later found set on fire.

Honolulu police said petitions have been filed with family court seeking to charge the the minor.
A16-year-old girl was also detained, suspected of driving the alleged shooter to and from the scene, but she was released pending investigation.
A woman who was also in the vehicle remains in custody for allegedly obstructing prosecution.
