Home to A-listers, Beverly Hills also boasts exclusive fashion stores and a famous zip code. The exclusive area has the most expensive average housing price in the Golden State. A study by CashNetUSA found that the average house here costs an astounding price of more than $22 million.
The study, which gathered data from Zillow, did not limit its evaluation to California alone. It also unveiled the most expensive neighborhoods in all states.
The Beverly Hills Gateway didn’t just top the list in California. It is also included on the national record of priciest neighborhoods.
A KTLA5 report said that it was the fourth on the list of the most expensive neighborhoods in the U.S. Florida and Colorado are in the top spots.
Furthermore, two other L.A. County neighborhoods also appeared on the top 10 list of the priciest communities in the U.S. According to researchers, Bel Air and Trousdale Estates secured the top seventh and tenth positions.
U.S.’s Most Expensive Neighborhoods
Manalapan, Florida, is at the top of this list. Palm Island, Florida, and Snowmass, Colorado, followed the lead. Below is the complete list:

California’s priciest neighborhood may not be achievable by most residents, but the cost of living across the Golden State is not cheap either. The average price to buy a home in California is $765,900.
In addition, Redfin data shows that the cost to buy houses in popular urban areas like L.A. and San Francisco houses ranges from $930,000 to more than $1.3 million.
