Home to A-listers, Beverly Hills also boasts exclusive fashion stores and a famous zip code. The exclusive area has the most expensive average housing price in the Golden State. A study by CashNetUSA found that the average house here costs an astounding price of more than $22 million.

The study, which gathered data from Zillow, did not limit its evaluation to California alone. It also unveiled the most expensive neighborhoods in all states.

Furthermore, two other L.A. County neighborhoods also appeared on the top 10 list of the priciest communities in the U.S. According to researchers, Bel Air and Trousdale Estates secured the top seventh and tenth positions.
