La La Land debuted in 2016 and starred Ryan Gosling (Sebastian) and Emma Stone (Mia). Gosling played the role of a Jazz musician, and Stone was an aspiring actress.

It is a tale of two individuals falling in and out of love while chasing their dreams in Los Angeles. Original songs like; City of Stars, Another Day of Sun, and “Audition (Fools Who Dream)” were featured in the movie.

Shortly after its release, La La Land became an all-time favorite for fans and critics. As quickly as it rose in the spotlight, it became a box office winner, receiving approximately $472 million worldwide.

In the 2017 Oscar Awards, the film received 14 nominations. It was able to secure a total of six Academy Awards, including best director for Damien Chazelle and best actress for Emma Stone.

The host wrongly announced it as the winner in the Best Picture category. But eventually, they corrected and presented the right winner, “Moonlight” by Barry Jenkins.

A concert version of La La Land has been on tour since 2017, and Platt has already described the Broadway show as “the next exciting chapter in its evolution.” So, get ready to experience the magic of La La Land again!!!
