Adam Levine to Address Infidelity Rumors on ‘Call Her Daddy’ Podcast

/ 08:57 AM February 07, 2023

Adam Levine, the star singer of the famous pop band Maroon 5, was recently in a whirlwind of infidelity allegations. This news came after Instagram model Sumner Stroh, 23, claimed that she had an affair with the superstar.

Levine denied the allegations but admitted he “crossed a line” by sending flirtatious texts to another woman despite being married to his wife, Behati Prinsloo, who is now pregnant with their third child.

“I used poor judgment when I spoke to anyone other than my wife in any flirtatious manner,” Levine posted on Instagram.

Adam Levine added, “I did not have an affair. Nonetheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life. In certain cases, it became inappropriate. I have addressed this and taken proactive steps to resolve this with my family.”

It seems Levine will even go a step further to invalidate the infidelity claims on Wednesday’s episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, a pop lifestyle, advice, and comedy podcast hosted by presenter Alex Cooper.

The show’s Instagram account posted a teaser clip on Monday with Cooper speaking to an off-camera guest. “I have to say, I was a huge Maroon 5 fan, and I’m happy that you agreed to sit with me today and discuss the scandal surrounding infidelity in your marriage,” she said.

This post has led fans to assume that the obscure guest might be the man himself — Adam Levine. Strangely, however, Levine’s representative informed The Post that Levine was not on the show.

The representative gave no immediate answer on whether it was his wife, Prinsloo, who was on the show. A representative for Prinsloo also confirmed she wasn’t on the podcast either.

“How often did you cheat with women you met on Instagram?” Cooper questioned the hidden subject in the teaser clip.

Fans may believe this is about the allegations made by Sumner Stroh back in September 2022 that she had an affair with Levine.

Also, in recent history, about four other women have stepped forward with screenshots of flirtatious texts they allegedly received from the singer.

Social media has been alive with fans and trolls jesting at Levine for the cringe texts he purportedly sent to various influencers last year. Fans wonder if he would be on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast to clear his name.

Some believe it is only an avenue for ridicule, and he should not have agreed to participate. Some say he might get on the show, but he might not be honest.

Others choose to avoid believing and keep their expectations to a minimum. After all, it could be someone else.

However, Cooper has received praise from fans. They adore her interviewing prowess and expanding catalog of A-list guests. Jane Fonda and John Mayer also appeared on the podcast.

Some have likened her to a “Modern day Barbara [Walters],” while others claim, “We haven’t had a woman get these types of interviews since Oprah.”

New episodes of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast air on Wednesdays, and whether Levine is the unknown guest remains to be seen.
