The Wait Is Over: Beyoncé Unveils ‘Renaissance’ World Tour Dates
Her long-awaited world tour is now official. Beyoncé confirmed the news Wednesday on Instagram. The tour is set to begin in July.
After weeks of online discussions, it seems that Ticketmaster is heading to another crash. Similar to what happened when Taylor Swift announced her concert tours.
Beyoncé’s world tour announcement came after her recent concert in Dubai where nearby residents heard her live rehearsals. It was her first full concert after four years at the prestigious Atlantis the Royal Resort.
Only A-listers and high-profile individuals are present at the highly theatrical concert. According to a Variety report, sources said the pop singer earned $24 million on this concert. It featured an all-female orchestra, a small lake, fireworks, and a 50-foot hydraulic platform.
The female pop singer released the dates on her official website. Moreover, Beyoncé’s announcement was in time for the Gramy Awards on Sunday.
Many speculated that she might appear and perform on the awards. Also considering that she is the most nominated artist with 9 nominations. Her nominations were all under the album “Renaissance.”
Beyoncé confirmed that “Renaissance” is a three-part project. The next parts may be long-form video content, another album, or even the upcoming world tour.
