‘The Last of Us’ Pedro Pascal is the perfect father figure

Pedro Pascal is the ultimate dad in the HBO series ‘The Last of Us,’ and he takes it to heart. Playing the role of “sad dad,” Joel Miller, online users addressed him as the “daddy of the internet.”

‘The Last of Us’ is a 2013 video game adaptation. Set in 2033, the story follows protagonists Joel and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) as they try to cross the US while finding a cure for Cordyceps infection. The virus transforms humans into aggressive creatures called the Infected. 

In real life, Pascal also showed his fatherly affection. The actor recently posted a charming photo with his two daughters in the HBO series, Bella Ramsey and Nico Parker. Bella Ramsey shared the photo on Instagram while the three of them were hanging out. Pascal captioned, “My two little big bosses ❤️❤️. It’s confirmed that Pedro is now the ultimate dad”.

Moreover, Pedro Pascal also went trending as the “daddy of the internet” following an Entertainment Tonight interview. The reporter asked, “How ya doing, daddy?” Pascal replied, “I’m alright, mama.”

‘The Last of Us’ broke the record, gaining second place to House of the Dragon with 4.7 million viewers in its first week. It debuted on Sunday, Jan.15. The game where it is based is widely popular as one of the best Playstation games ever. 

Furthermore, lead star Bella Ramsey recently opened up as gender-fluid. The series also stars Murray Bartlett and Nick Offerman. The two plays as onscreen gay couple Bill and Frank. Also in the casting are Melanie Lynskey, Storm Reid, Merle Dandridge, Jeffrey Pierce, Lamar Johnson, Keivonn Woodard, Graham Greene, Elaine Miles, Ashley Johnson, and Troy Baker.
