Tesla CEO Elon Musk secretly had twins with a company executive last year

/ 09:36 AM July 07, 2022

Tech mogul Elon Musk secretly fathered twins last November with one of his top executives, Shaven Zilis. Musk, who was open to the advocacy of bringing more babies to the world, now has nine children.

The world’s wealthiest man has two children: singer Grimes and five with his first wife, Justine Musk. Plus, the two recently revealed children with Zilis made it to nine kids.

In addition, the mother of the twins, Shaven Zilis, is currently working as a director of operations and special projects for Neuralink. She started working for the company in 2017. Billionaire Elon Musk is a co-CEO of Neuralink, his neurotechnology firm. The company aims to create human-machine interfaces.

In 2022, some animal rights organizations issued a complaint to the US Department of Agriculture. The group claimed that Neuralink is subject to animal abuse charges related to monkeys that Neuralink uses for experiments. However, Neuralink said that the claims were “misleading.”

Insider has gathered court documents on Wednesday showing that Elon Musk and Zilis had filed a petition. Both parties aimed to change their twin babies’ names to “have their father’s last name and contain their mother’s last name as part of their middle name.”

They filed the petition in Austin, Texas, the birthplace of the twins. The judge approved the petition. According to reports, Zilis gave birth to the twins in November 2021. It was just a few weeks before Grimes gave birth to her second child with Musk via surrogate in December.

Before this news about the twins came out, Musk’s 18-year-old child Vivian Jenna Wilson received approval for her petition to change her name and gender. Wilson decided to remove “Musk” from her legal name and instead chose a first name corresponding to her gender identity.

Wilson told the court her goal for changing her name is due to “the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape, or form.”

Furthermore, in other Elon Musk news, the Tesla CEO has accusations of exposing his private part to Space X’s private flight attendant. The company paid the attendant $250,000 for settlement back in 2018.

Meanwhile, just last March, Grimes accidentally revealed that she had her second baby with Musk. They named him Exa Dark Sidereal. They nicknamed her “Y” while the older brother was “X.”

Grimes also said that they are planning to have more kids. “We’ve always wanted at least three or four.” However, she had posted a series of tweets citing that they had broken up. But Musk was still “the love of my life,” she said.

In addition, Insider also said that Musk and Amber Heard briefly dated in 2016. Reports also said that the two may have frozen embryos together. During the trial of Depp and Heard, the boss of Heard’s sister said that she heard from Heard’s mom that the actress was “in a legal battle with him over the rights to embryos they had created together.”

She added, “He wanted to destroy them, and Amber tried to keep them to have a baby.”

Musk is pro-life. In the past, he has promoted raising the birth rate. He said, “Civilization will crumble if people don’t have more children. I mean I’m doing my part haha.” He wrote this in relation to the news of the dropping US birth rate.
