Consular outreach in Colorado Springs renders 874 services to Filipinos

Filipinos in Colorado Springs, Colorado availed of 874 services during an outreach mission by the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco from June 18 to 20, 2022 at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Colorado Springs.

Without having to travel to San Francisco,  applicants from throughout Colorado and other states, including Florida, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, South Dakota and Wyoming, came for services during the outreach.

The visit was co-organized with Consul Donna Lavigne, Philippine Honorary Consul in Colorado, and the Filipino American Community of Southern Colorado, whose volunteers provided onsite support.

The Consulate team was joined by representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Tourism to promote Philippine products and tourism.

This outreach is the 3rd mission conducted by the Consulate in 2022, following its outreach in Washington in March 2022 and in Alaska in May 2022.
