Filipino’s mansion selling for $25M, the priciest in Orlando, Florida
An Orlando home owned by a Filipino American, who wishes to remain anonymous to protect his privacy, is on the market with the biggest price tag in Central Florida’s home market.
The home known as Entrelagos but dubbed “the Jumanji House” for its ornate, jungle-themed décor is at 9291 Point Cypress Drive and selling for $25 million.
It cost $8 million to build, and many of its interior features were handcrafted by Filipino artisans. The owner reportedly resides in Hong Kong.
The mansion commands a high price due to its distinct location on a prestigious narrow peninsula between Lake Sheen and Lake Tibet in southwest Orlando, Richard Dempsey, senior adviser at SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler and the home’s listing agent, told Orlando Business Journal.
The 12-year-old custom-built 14,706-square-foot home’s amenities include: recreation room; two-story library rotunda; first-floor theater room; 2,000-square-foot deck; outdoor cabana bar; tri-level swimming pool.
