NaFFAA to host Anti-Asian hate rally, self-defense class
In direct response to recent violent attacks on AAPI women, and in spirit of Women’s History Month, the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) New York Chapter will host a series of events aimed at empowering women and fighting anti-Asian hate.
On March 27 at Hinds Combat Sports in Queens, NY, NaFFAA is partnering with community for a rally against anti-Asian hate crimes.
“NaFFAA strives to empower and protect the rights of Filipinos and Filipino Americans, most especially, the women who have raised us,” said Brendan Flores, NaFFAA National Chairman. “We look forward to creating a powerful impact and will continue to raise awareness of these vicious crimes until our voices have been heard.”
