The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam will be conducting a consular outreach mission on Saipan to provide services for three days later this month.

The Saipan consular outreach will be held from March 25 to March 28 2022, at the Sun Palace Hotel in Susupe, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Biometrics and personal data capture for ePassport applications will be according to the schedule prepared by the Philippine Consulate General.

All ePassport applicants are reminded to check their respective schedules by contacting the following numbers: (670) 285-4388 or (670) 483-6023.

Due to the current health protocols being implemented on Saipan, the following shall be observed and implemented:

  1. Only applicants who have secured their appointment will be allowed at the venue; no escort(s), except for persons with disabilities and minor applicants;
  2. Applicants are advised to show up at the venue on the date and time indicated in the schedule;
  3. Wearing of mask and physical distancing will be strictly observed; and
  4. Passport applicants should wear proper attire (i.e. with collar and sleeves) for data capture purposes.

For consular services, including passport renewal, that require civil registration documents (e.g. birth certificate and marriage certificate), only documents from the Philippine Statistics Authority or its predecessor, the National Statistics Office, will be accepted.

The mobile consular outreach team will also offer other consular services such as notarization/legalization, civil registry, and acceptance of dual citizenship applications.

Please be reminded that all consular services are strictly by appointment only.
