Filipino shot dead in his Los Angeles residence

LOS ANGELES – A 27-year-old Filipino male was shot dead in his residence, and there are no suspects yet in his slaying.
Topanga Area Patrol Officers on Sept.11, 2021 at 8:45 p.m. responded to an “Ambulance Assault with a Deadly Weapon Shots Fired” radio call.
Police found Charles Tingzon in one of the units at the 7000 block of Vassar Ave. in Canoga Park. He had been shot twice and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect or suspects responsible for the shooting death of Tingzon.
