Under both NDC and NAAC, Bautista advocates in the halls of Congress, in the California legislature and in front of key federal offices such as the Federal Reserve, Federal Trade Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission and among America’s Fortune 500 corporations, as a major voice for the Asian American community.

She is a member of the Office of Thrift Supervision Minority Depository Institutions Advisory Committee and sits on the Low-Income Oversight Board for the California Public Utilities Commission.

Bautista is the host of “Owning a Piece of America,” a television program that focuses on financial and consumer education, lifestyle and health education, and community and government relations.
