LUKE BRYAN BEST SONGS

Luke Bryan Best Songs

The following are Luke Bryan’s songs ranked in no particular order.

Drink a Beer (2013)

A heartfelt song whose lyrics pull at your heartstrings. The singer admits he strongly connects to the song due to the loss of his brother and sister. His brother died in a car accident when he was just 19 and his sister just passed away while at home in 2007. It’s part of the “Crash My Party” album and became Bryan’s seventh number one song. It was written by Jim Beavers and Chris Stapleton.

Country Girl (Shake it for me) (2011)

A fun upbeat song, Bryan wrote with Dallas Davidson. Initially, Bryan thought you can’t just go about singing about country girls shaking their butts in country music. But this song was well received and makes you feel like grooving to its tempo. It’s the first single from the album Tailgates & Tanlines. One of the biggest songs in 2011 to play in country dance clubs and in April 2014 was named the third best selling song by a male country solo artist.

Fast (2016)

A song contradicting to its title. This song was placed here as a reminder to take things slowly and enjoy the precious simple moments in your lifetime. It’s the sixth single from the album Kill the Lights, which produced 5 number 1 hits.

Most people are good (2018)

Another song with a reminder. However, it’s for you to seek the best in the people around you. That no matter what tragedies may hit or what horrible things may happen, one must always have hope, believe and search for the brighter side. This song wasn’t written by Bryan but he connects with it perfectly. It’s the second single to be released from the album What Makes Country.

Play it again (2014)

An adorable little love song. Recapping a story of a man falling in love while a woman enjoys her favorite tune. It was the fourth single released from the album Crash My Party. Bryan said it was a fan favorite and as this song rose to number 1 status Bryan made history. On the Billboard Country Airplay Chart, Luke Bryan featured both first and second places that very same week of May 31st, 2014. Being the first artist to ever simultaneously hold those spots.

Light it up (2017)

A song about cell phones. What a strange twist! This song was written to highlight the fact that mainly everything we do is with technology. Especially for relationships you no longer meet the person to break up or get back together a simple text message does the trick.

I Don’t Want This Night To End (2011)

A song was written by Luke, Ben Hayslip, Dallas Davidson, and Rhett Akins. It’s another love song where he meets a girl and the night is going so well he doesn’t want it to end. This is the second single from the album Tailgates & Tanlines. And his third number-one single.

Kick the Dust up (2015)

A popping upbeat country song to keep raising the bar. Written by Dallas Davidson, Ashley Gorley, and Chris DeStefano. Highly recognizable names in country music. They were going for something different and they achieved just that. It became Bryan’s tenth number 1, a summer hit.

Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye (2012)

Another number one hit from the album Tailgates & Tanlines. By this time Bryan was well known in the industry. It’s a breakup song that shows two people just in it for the sex. Not a typical Luke Bryan song but a good listen.

Someone Else Calling you Baby (2010)

An emotionally struck song. Written by Bryan and his producer (Jeff Stevens). Written with raw emotions of rejection, something almost anyone can connect with. It’s the kind of song that just comes to you. It’s the third single from the Doing My Thing album. It also rose to the number one spot.
Move (2016) – Another dancing song to get all your joints moving. Similar to the Country girl but released half a dozen years later. Luke Bryan making and keeping things fun.
