Man wanted for rapes in U.S. nabbed in PH
PAWNEE COUNTY, Oklahoma– A Pawnee County man wanted on rape allegations has been arrested in the Philippines, the U.S. Marshals Service announced Feb 20.
Law enforcement in Lucena City, Quezon Province nabbed Adrian Dean Eddings II whom officials said fled the United States on Jan. 20 after the rape investigation began.
Eddings is a suspect in multiple rapes in Oklahoma and at least two other states, according to the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office. Some of the accusations involve minors, investigators have said. He is being held until he can be sent back to the United States.
Authorities tracked Eddings’ passport from Oklahoma City to the Philippines on January 20. US Marshals worked with Philippines law enforcement to track him down and detain him.
Last year, Eddings married a woman from the Philippines and the couple were living in rural Pawnee County.
Eddings owns a business called Octane Lube, which records show was put on the market along with his house after he took a flight to Philippines.
