The New Mercedes G-Class Dream Car
Mercedes is and has always been a brand of pure class and total luxury, the name and value associated with it as such. The Mercedes G Class is no exception to this rule. Its price tag is no exception to this rule either weighing in at a hefty $124,000, it has all the bells and whistles to go along with it. It is the ultimate mashup however of pure class and off road prowess. The new 2019 Mercedes G Class is an example of everything you could ever possibly want, off road ruggedness of a 4×4, with the luxurious interior you’ve come to expect from a Mercedes luxury vehicle.
416 HP Biturbo Engine
It has a 4.0 Liter biturbo engine that produces a mind boggling 416 horsepower, however this beast isn’t all about power as they have completely redesigned the chassis to allow more off-road experience, the new Mercedes G Class is the ultimate driving machine as the name says. One very interesting thing about this machine is that it has a V8 and a 9 speed transmission, while generally most cars have a 6 speed or 5 speed transmission.
Dynamic Driving Modes
Another highlight of this is that it has dynamic driving modes including the all new G modes, all of the driving modes are optimized for various different conditions. For example if you have the new Mercedes G class in snow mode it slows down the acceleration of the transmission to a point where you won’t be spinning out and allows you to maintain traction. Another feature is the sport mode that allows you to optimize and get the best out of everything that the 450 pounds of foot torque have to offer in this beast of a machine.
3 Differential Locks
Another great highlight of the new Mercedes G Class is its 3 different differential locking mechanisms, in the center, front and back which is incredibly unique to this type of vehicle. It has an independent front axle suspension for increased ride comfort meaning that the engineers at Mercedes have really outdone themselves this year in the new Mercedes G Class. One of my personal favorite features is the 12.3 inch display touch screen that comes standard on the new Mercedes G Class.

One thing that I have always been big on is a sound system in a vehicle. Generally you are spending a good amount of time in your vehicle so it’s incredibly important that what you’re listening to sounds good. I must admit the massage function in a new Mercedes as long as you’re not driving or endangering anyone around you is truly a thing of beauty. Not to mention the fact that it comes standard equipped with leather seats. The new Mercedes G Class is really a leader in comfort.

All in all this machine is one that can really take you across every state in the US, the new Mercedes G Class is the Ultimate driving machine. When you’re looking for a car it’s incredibly important to remember the values that make that price tag worth it, those values are versatility. It obviously has versatility with a 9 speed transmission and adjustable modes, with a differentiated suspension. The Mercedes G Class is the first I have heard that has this differentiated suspension and I really like the idea of it. It provides the ultimate comfort and precision the two things that the Mercedes G Class has been known for in years past. Another obvious upside is the true power of the beast. Weighing in at an astonishing 450 horsepower it gives you all the horse’s you might need to travel anywhere in the US. The new Mercedes G Class is the Ultimate Driving Machine.
