Filipino American rapper EZ Mil is all set to bring his rapping finesse once again on a stage dedicated to honoring Filipino excellence. 

The artist, who made history as the first Asian to sign with Eminem’s Shady Records, will be among the presenters at the 15th The Outstanding Filipinos in America (TOFA) Awards on Oct. 17 at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The announcement was made through TOFA’s official social media page, highlighting EZ Mil’s groundbreaking journey in music.

“[EZ Mil] brings Filipino pride to the global stage as the first Asian artist signed by [Eminem]. Don’t miss this music trailblazer presenting at the 15th TOFA Awards,” the post read. 

For fans and community members, the moment marks not only his personal milestone but also a reflection of the global recognition Filipino talent continues to earn.

Born Ezekiel Miller, EZ Mil first captured international attention with his raw lyricism and dynamic performances. His signing under Eminem’s label positioned him as a trailblazer in hip-hop, further elevating Filipino representation in mainstream music. 

His upcoming role at TOFA signifies another opportunity to showcase the evolving landscape of Filipino artistry, this time within a celebration of leaders and innovators across the world.

The awards ceremony, which honors 100 of the most influential Filipinos in various fields, will once again be hosted by television personality Boy Abunda. Known as the “King of Talk” in the Philippines, Abunda has been TOFA’s resident emcee since 2015, guiding audiences through a night that merges achievement with artistry.

The roster of honorees includes Concert Queen Pops Fernandez, Queen of Soul Jaya, Comedy Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas and “The Voice” champion Sofronio Vasquez.

Beyond the awards night, festivities will continue on Oct. 18 with a star-studded after-party concert, “Piliin Mo Ang Pilipino.” 

The show will feature performances from Nonoy Zuñiga, Jaya, Tootsie Guevarra, Kris Lawrence, Mark Mabasa and Garth Garcia.
