As the final countdown to BTS’ complete military discharge begins, fans have been anticipating a comeback since J-Hope’s recent television appearance hinted at a potential reunion and world tour.

On the June 15 episode of the Korean variety show “Omniscient Interfering View,” Hobi didn’t hold back as he shared updates on both his solo milestones and BTS’ future plans.

The boys are inching closer to finally standing on one stage again. All eyes are now on Suga, whose return is slated for June 21.

During the show, J-Hope reflected on the moment of his own discharge, sharing, “It was emotional for me when I was discharged. ‘Will we have the same chemistry like we did before?’ That worries me a bit.”

But he was quick to reassure fans that their bond runs deep, saying, “But we have been performing as a group for so long. We’ll be laughing and having fun again, which excites me.”

Then came the biggest spoiler of the night which is that a new BTS album and a world tour are in early talks.

“We’ll probably get together and talk about a new album. We’re trying to make a comeback as soon as possible, though. BTS is known for its performances. We’ll be planning a world tour as well,” he added.

The group’s nearing comeback is already having a ripple effect in the industry, with their agency’s stocks reportedly climbing following the discharge of four members.

In the meantime, J-Hope is keeping the BTS name shining with his solo triumphs. His concert film “J-Hope Tour: ‘Hope on the Stage’ in Japan – Live Viewing” recently cracked the North American box office top 10, raking in nearly $939,173 on opening weekend. Globally, it has grossed over $4.1 million.

If J-Hope’s words are any indication, fans should start saving up, then BTS could soon be lighting up stages across the globe once again.
