An unexpected high school homecoming? The Wildcats are back—well, at least two of them.

In a moment that had fans singing “What time is it? Reunion time!” the two stars beamed on the red carpet at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, marking their first-ever photo together.
Rodrigo, the Grammy-award winning singer-songwriter and Hudgens, the original Gabriella Montez, brought generations of Disney fans together with their picture-perfect moment.
Looking effortlessly chic in complementary outfits, the duo proved that East High bonds never fade – even under the bright lights of Hollywood’s most glamorous night.
It was not their first encounter with each other, as they also had their moment at the 2022 Met Gala, where Hudgens served as a red carpet co-host.
But recently for Hudgens, the night was extra special as it marked her first red carpet appearance since welcoming her first child with husband and professional baseball player Cole Tucker, who was right by her side.

In an Instagram post, Hudgens shared, “May have been the only ones on the dance floor but we had a great time.”
Meanwhile, the “Drivers License” songstress had her own leading man for the evening – her boyfriend, Enola Holmes actor Louis Partridge. The couple turned heads as they posed together, sparking even more online swooning over their romance.
Additionally, fans couldn’t get enough of Partridge’s Instagram posts about Rodrigo, calling them a “perfect match” and calling him an “ideal boyfriend.”
While the 97th Academy Awards honored cinematic excellence, this unexpected High School Musical moment stole the spotlight for Disney fans. And if this reunion proved anything, it’s that Wildcats will always stick together – no matter how many years go by.
