LANY performs before record-breaking crowd in the Philippines
Breaking barriers, LANY made history on Oct. 12 as they performed in front of their largest audience yet at the Philippine Arena.
The American pop-rock band took the stage to an enthusiastic crowd of over 50,000 fans, marking the beginning of their highly anticipated four-day concert series in the Philippines.
The sold-out show at the world’s largest indoor stadium was a momentous occasion for both the band and their Filipino supporters, who had eagerly awaited their return.

Lead vocalist Paul Klein took to Instagram to express the emotional significance of the event, reminiscing about the band’s humble beginnings.
“Tonight, my band – that made it’s first 3 ep’s and a debut album on a dell computer in a 1 bedroom apartment in hollywood – plays a sold out show to 50,000 people in the largest indoor stadium on planet earth” he wrote, highlighting their incredible journey from a small studio to one of the biggest stages in the world.
The band’s excitement radiated on social media as they shared a video of the concert, captioned, “50,000 under one roof.” This milestone concert further cemented LANY’s strong bond with their Filipino fanbase, who have supported the band throughout their rise to international fame.

But the band’s connection with their fans extended beyond the stage. Just a day before their Philippine Arena performance, Klein and drummer Jake Goss surprised everyone by donning Jollibee uniforms and serving fans at the fast-food chain’s Bonifacio Global City branch.

As part of their “A Beautiful Blur” world tour, LANY not only rocked the Philippine Arena but also graced Cebu with three additional concerts on Oct. 13, 14 and 15.
For the uninitiated, the band gained popularity for their emotive lyrics, catchy melodies and atmospheric production, with themes often revolving around love, heartbreak and nostalgia.
Known for their deep connection with their fans, especially in the Philippines, LANY has become a global touring act, performing sold-out shows across major venues worldwide.
