Consistency in staying disciplined and healthy is crucial for success in sports. Filipino American athlete Mitchell Saron has incorporated his health habits into his daily routine as he prepares for the Paris Olympics.

From the halls of Harvard University to the fencing pistes at the Paris Olympics, the Fil-Am fencer is living his dream. He is thrilled to have qualified to compete for the United States this July. His secret to success?

“I credit my health habits to making it to the Olympics,” the 23-year-old athlete shared in an interview with US Magazine.

Saron’s commitment to his health is evident in his Instagram posts, where he often shares glimpses of his daily regimen. Whether he’s meditating, working out or preparing his meals, his dedication shines through.

His day begins with a nutrient-packed breakfast featuring pasture-raised eggs with cottage cheese, grass-fed ground beef with avocado and raw parmesan cheese, dragon fruit and a papaya boat filled with Greek yogurt, coconut flakes, bananas, blueberries, 100 percent cacao and raw honey.

For lunch, he opts for wild-caught salmon, a pickle, blueberries and raw parmesan cheese, providing a balanced mix of protein, healthy fats and antioxidants.

Dinner includes grass-fed ground beef with avocado and raw parmesan cheese, mango and dates, ensuring he gets a good mix of vitamins, minerals and energy-boosting nutrients.

To finish off his day, Saron enjoys a grass-fed kefir bowl with colostrum, cacao powder, raspberries, blueberries, coconut flakes and raw honey, combining probiotics with delicious flavors and textures.
