Bianca Bustamante attends Royal Academy of Arts exhibit ahead of Barcelona GP
Before heading to the Barcelona Grand Prix next week, Filipino American racer Bianca Bustamante continues to make the most of her time off track by attending various events.
Most recently, she graced the Royal Academy of Arts for their summer exhibit, sharing her experience on Instagram with a reel that captures her excitement and gratitude.
In the video with Lana Del Rey’s “Say Yes to Heaven,” the McLaren’s first Filipina driver stuns in a silver-gray dress by Supriya Lee, reflecting her passion for art and fashion. “Art with love,” she captioned the post. “Tonight I got to witness beauty in different forms, paintings, drawings, photos. Another dream came true from when I was little.”

The Fil-Am racer further expressed her joy in joining the Royal Academy of Arts for the event, highlighting her personal connection to the art world. “As someone who enjoys sketching and photography, I got to once again broaden my horizons and point of view. Finding inspiration in each art,” she wrote.
Bustamante also took the opportunity to dress up before her upcoming race in Barcelona, adding a touch of humor to her post. “Also found a little excuse to dress up before heading to [the] Barcelona GP next week hihi,” she noted.
She concluded her message with a note of thanks: “Thank you thank you so much [Royal Academy of Arts] for inviting me. It was truly an honour.”
The arts event was just one of many she attended after securing a podium finish during the F1 Academy Miami round. Last month, she graced the carpet for the 2024 Gold Gala in a simple yet elegant dress by renowned Fil-Am designer Monique Lhuillier, where she posted photos with “13 Reasons Why” actor Ross Butler and “Avatar: The Last Airbender” star Dallas Liu.
As she prepares for the Barcelona GP, Bustamante’s engagement with the art community showcases her multifaceted personality and the diverse interests she pursues alongside her racing career.
