TAYO Legacy Foundation empowers AAPI community with events in LA
TAYO Legacy Foundation, a helping hand in empowering the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, invites you to their upcoming events in Los Angeles.
“No man is an island,” the phrase that’s universally known and often quoted, highlights the power of community and the reason why there’s “TAYO” (we or us in English). TAYO Legacy Foundation proves to be a beacon of hope as they weave a series of events aimed at uplifting the AAPI community.
The nonprofit organization in LA sets the stage for cultural and community transformation through a series of fundraising events.
On March 6, 2024, “Clutternomics” will feature international speaker Dr. Kathleen Ronald, who will share her wisdom on productivity and clutter management — delivering her message using her comedic and dynamic style.
Happening at Kusina Filipina, 1457 Eagle Rock Blvd., from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m, this event welcomes self-employed, independent contractors, serial entrepreneurs and anybody aiming to declutter their way to productivity.
Meanwhile, on March 8 to March 16, 2024, this community organization in LA is officially launching with an art exhibit and wine tasting open to the public. Opening day is free of charge.
This exhibit, TAYO Legacy Foundation Grand Inaugural Gala and Art Showcase will feature artworks from 12 Southeast Asian artists at The Loft at Liz’s, 453 S. La Brea Ave., will take you on a journey to the rich cultural world of the AAPIs.
With live performances and a chance to purchase original artworks, this community organization in LA is launching a cultural odyssey.

A mission for the AAPI community in LA
Standing as a pillar of support for the AAPI community, TAYO Legacy Foundation aims to eradicate homelessness, assist and uplift undocumented individuals and foster academic and athletic excellence among AAPI youths.
Their core mission? “To create a brighter future for AAPIs by addressing key societal challenges and nurturing the talents of our youth,” stated TAYO on their website.
