Family food business Manila Inasal enters the LA food scene
Manila Inasal is going international to bring Filipinos around the world comfort food at its finest.
Chef Natalia Moran started the brand as a home business in San Juan City back in 2020. She teamed up with her siblings Bella and Enrique to have home-cooked meals delivered straight from her kitchen.
From expanding into a cloud kitchen in Makati to having their own branch in Bonifacio Global City, Moran and her team are now taking Manila Inasal’s Filipino cuisine to Los Angeles, California.

As a homegrown food service, Manila Inasal puts a non-traditional spin on the classic grilled barbecue dishes from Bacolod. They offer a variety of garlic fried rice bowls ranging from chicken tocino to lechon belly, family inasal meals including whole chicken and bangus, and off-the-grill bestsellers that come with their signature inasal sauce and cucumber salad.
Their Chef’s Special lechon belly rolls also make for savory centerpieces at the dinner table. Paired with their refreshing iced beverages, Manila Inasal’s menu strives to capture the taste of hearty Pinoy cuisine that reminds Filipinos of home no matter where they are.
Moran partnered with her close family friends to bring Manila Inasal overseas. The business itself is already on international food delivery apps like DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats, but the team still persists to bring the rich culture of Filipino food all over the world.

Their journey from a simple pandemic project to an international eatery is symbolic of the team’s unwavering love for the Philippines’ savory staples. Cooked and prepared with passion, Manila Inasal’s dishes can guarantee a full experience of true Filipino hospitality in every bite.
