5 times Heart Evangelista slayed at New York Fashion Week
If there’s one thing about Filipino actress Heart Evangelista, it’s that wherever she goes, she will always serve a look or two—or in this case, five at the recently concluded New York Fashion Week.
The fashion fixture showed up in Manhattan donning a mix of proudly Filipino-designed pieces mixed with luxury labels.

For Day 1, Evangelista wore an all-white ensemble of a sheer long-sleeved dress styled with an edgy corset by Filipino designer Marian Zara. To add a splash of color, she carried a $4,500 orange paint bucket bag from Louis Vuitton.

She was also in attendance at the Carolina Herrera presentation in a flowy checkered dress, which she styled with yet another pair of knee-high boots. This time, embroidered golden jacquard platforms. A maroon Carolina Herrera handbag pulled the look together.

Meanwhile, Evangelista literally shone at the Tory Burch show wearing a couture creation by Filipino designer Michael Leyva. The sparkling top and skirt separates were layered over with a crisp oversized white suit that gave just enough space to see the exquisite details of the dress inside. She carried a dainty black bag to go with the look.

And finally, sitting front row alongside actress Jodie Turner-Smith and model-actress Hari Nef at COS, Evangelista dialed it down a little in a monochromatic fitted tube top and pleated voluminous trousers. She accessorized the simple ensemble with gold statement earrings, a bold lip, and an oversized quilted handbag.
It seems Heart Evangelista can do no wrong, especially when it comes to fashion. It’s one of the reasons why she is beloved by fans even with a career that started decades ago—and we’re pretty sure they’re already looking forward to her next fashion serve.
