Fil-Am with major Texas law firm gets spot in selective leadership academy
A Filipino American attorney with the Houston office of Texas law firm Jackson Walker has been accepted into the highly selective National Filipino American Lawyers Association (NFALA) Leadership Academy.
Jackson Walker congratulated Caroline Capili for her acceptance into the leadership academy, which is designed to cultivate emerging Filipino American lawyers’ “unique leadership abilities” and foster skills essential for career advancement and community engagement.
The program accepts only 12 Fellows and comprises a comprehensive curriculum featuring interactive workshops, virtual learning sessions, peer support circles, and program facilitators.
Capili, a real estate attorney, has been named among “Ones to Watch” in the area of Real Estate Law by The Best Lawyers in America.
Established over a decade ago, NFALA boasts a membership spanning 13 affiliations nationwide, “dedicated to championing justice, civil rights, and equal opportunities for the Filipino American community.”
