Fil-Am NHL hockey forward Devin Shore signs with Seattle Kraken
Filipino American National Hockey League forward Devin Shore signed with the Seattle Kraken to a one-year, two-way contract $775K contract Aug. 31.
Shore, 29, played with the Edmonton Oilers for the last three seasons, racking up 11 goals and 18 assists in 134 games.
He posted 50 goals and 83 assists for 133 total points during 433 career games. He has also played for the Dallas Stars, Anaheim Ducks and Columbus Blue Jackets.

His mother Andrea Cacanindin Shore is a nurse, is father Kyle Shore is deceased Devin.
Shore is among four NHL players of Filipino descent: defenseman Mathew Dumba of the Arizona Coyotes and brothers Jason and Nicholas Robertson of the Dallas Stars and Toronto Maple Leafs, respectively.
