Jollibee fever is about to hit Brooklyn this September
Do you have those days when home actually smells like Chickenjoy whenever you pass by a Jollibee store after Sunday mass? Well, say goodbye to nostalgia because Brooklyn says, “bida ang saya.”
The beloved Filipino fast food phenomenon is set to take Brooklyn by storm with its first ever location in the borough and fifth in New York City. It launched its flagship store in Times Square last year.
Nestled in the heart of East Flatbush, the brand new Jollibee Brooklyn is set to open in September 2023 at 5212 Kings Highway, right on East 52nd Street.
A bona fide Filipino food institution with 6,500 branches in 34 countries, the Brooklyn branch will be sharing joy to more locals looking for a taste of one of the best fried chickens in the US—the crispy and secretly marinated Chickenjoy.

But that’s not all. The sweet, Pinoy-style Jolly Spaghetti will have Brooklynites’ taste buds dancing the tango. And don’t even get us started on those mouthwatering peach mango pies cooked with luscious Philippine mangoes.
As for the city that never sleeps, it might have another reason not to get some shut-eye once that delectable fried chicken smell lingers around Brooklyn.
