‘You Are Welcome’ art exhibit in LA to showcase works of Fil-Am artists
LOS ANGELES – “You Are Welcome,” Filipino American art exhibition showcasing the diverse artistic expressions of the Filipino community, is set for Aug. to 19 at 3118 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles.
“You Are Welcome” will feature an extraordinary collection of paintings, sculptures, photography, mixed media, and more – “a visual journey that captures the essence of Filipino heritage, stories, and experiences,” and exhibition release states. It is open to all.
The exhibition is a collaborative effort of Filipino American artists, curators, and community organizations. Here is a list of participating artists:
