Missing Fil-Am, 16, found dead in S. California field
MORENO VALLEY, California — A Filipino American high school student’s body was found in a field three days after he was reported missing on May 15.
Jordan Caoile, 16, a Vista Del Lago High School student, was found dead Thursday, May 18, in an open space north of Alessandro Boulevard, west of Nason Street, in Moreno Valley, according to the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner’s Bureau.
The date, cause and manner of his death has yet to be determined by the coroner. Police said foul play is not suspected and no suspects were sought in the case, according to a Banning-Beaumont Patch.com report.

Search parties looked for Jordan, who was wearing light gray sweats and blue/black sweater when he disappeared.
Vista Del Lago principal Matthew McCain released a message to the school’s students letting them know that supportive resources are available to them as they grapple with the death of their peer.
