Fiesta Extravaganza to put a spotlight on Niagara Falls’ Filipino community
It’s all systems go for the Second Annual Niagara Fiesta Extravaganza, the now-annual summer party held by the local Filipino community in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
After the organizers appealed to the Niagara Falls City Council, the city agreed to relax its noise bylaw against loud music at night for two nights on August 5 and 6 at Fireman’s Park.
So, the Niagara Fiesta Extravaganza, known as the “Festival of Smiles,” will feature live music, entertainment, celebrities, a car show, a motorcycle show, a food expo, cultural exhibits and presentation, games, prizes and basically put a spotlight on the Filipino community in Niagara.
