Canada’s Filipino Restaurant Month is returning in April 2023 to celebrate the rich and varied cuisine of the Philippines.
In April, participating restaurants will serve prix fixe menus showcasing the diverse range of Filipino cuisine and ingredients, as well as the skills of Filipino chefs across Canada.
The inaugural run of FRMC last year involved 40 restaurants across 7 Canadian provinces and 18 cities, resulting in over 1,000 orders of prix fixe meals.
Filipino Restaurant Month in Canada will be officially launched on March 20, 2023, at the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary. The names of participating restaurants will be unveiled at that time.
