/ 10:06 AM March 14, 2023

Academy Award winner Will Smith visited the life coach expert Jay Shetty in Los Angeles with his family over the Oscars weekend.

It was a year after his highly publicized incident with Chris Rock during the 2022 ceremony that resulted in a 10-year ban.

Accompanied by his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, Will Smith was seen taking photos with Shetty, Lauren London, and Gammy Norris at the “Love Rules” show.

Jay shared a picture of the meeting on Instagram, standing next to Will, Jada, Lauren London, and Gammy Norris at his “Love Rules” show.

Will’s absence from the Oscars came after he slapped Chris for making a joke about Jada’s bald head, which is due to alopecia.

Jada’s husband rushed onto the stage and hit Chris Rock after the comedian joked about Pinkett-Smith’s “G.I. Jane” appearance, yelling at him to stop mentioning his wife.

How Did the Oscars Turn Out this Year?

This year, during the Oscars ceremony, Jimmy Kimmel made several jokes about the incident involving the slap.

“We want you to have fun and feel safe. And most importantly, I want to feel safe. So we have put strict policies in place.

“If anybody here commits an act of violence at any point in the show, we will award you the Oscar for best actor and permit you to give a 19-minute-long speech.”

He didn’t spare the audience, adding, “If anything unpredictable or violent happens during the ceremony, just do what you did last year — Nothing.”

Brendan Fraser completed his remarkable career comeback by winning Best Actor. In addition, the film Everything Everywhere All At Once dominated the Oscars 2023.

The A24 film won seven awards and took home the top honor of Best Picture. Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan, and Jamie Lee Curtis were also recognized for their outstanding performances.

The absurdist action comedy-drama film from America emerged as the night’s biggest winner, receiving seven awards.

These awards include Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, and Best Editing.

Daniel Kwan and his co-director Daniel Scheinert, collectively known as The Daniels, thanked the entire cast and crew during their acceptance speech at the end of the night.

“Thank you to the storytellers here who did that for me. These stories have changed my life, and they have done that for generations. Have a great night, guys. Thank‌ you, everyone, and have a great night. Thank you for watching!”
