Billie Eilish Takes Legal Action Against Stalker, with Temporary Restraining Order
A judge granted Billie Eilish a temporary restraining order against a shirtless man recently caught roaming around the pop star’s Los Angeles home.
The recent TMZ report identifies the man as Raymond Black and says the judge ordered him to stay at least 100 yards away from Eilish’s house.
Moreover, Black should refrain from going to the 21-year-old artist’s home. The judge confirmed the order “is based on a credible threat of violence or stalking.”

Billie Eilish arrived at her house earlier this week to discover Black prowling around. Security footage showed the 23-year-old man walking around Eilish’s home for hours.
Worse, he stripped naked and rinsed himself using the singer’s outdoor shower.
Around 7:30 PM on Monday, Bille switched on the lights in her living room and saw the stalker staring back at her from outside the window.
In response, she called the police, but they weren’t able to find him on her property. Later, the cops found him nearby and arrested him.
Billie Eilish also requested a restraining order for another stalker. In January, she requested one for 39-year-old Christopher Anderson after allegedly breaking into her home several times.
His most recent visit happened on January 5. Eilish stated in related documents:
“An individual who goes by the name Christopher A Anderson or Chris Anderson recently entered the interior of my family’s home on January 5, 2023.”
She added Anderson was “apparently professing his love for me and expressing that he really wanted to meet me.” Also, she noted:
“Regrettably, this is not the first time an unknown individual has attempted to contact my family and me specifically by stalking us outside my family’s home and by making professions of love to and threats of violence against me.”
“However, each such occasion, including the present one, causes me substantial anxiety, fear, and emotional distress over my personal safety and that of my father, mother, and brother.”
“I worry that someday one of these individuals will do something violent or extremely disturbing to me or one of my family members.”
In 2021, Billie Eilish also filed a five-year restraining order against John Hearle, who camped outside a school near her family home.
