LEGO Unveils Exclusive ‘Dynamite’ Set in Collaboration with BTS
Do you like LEGOs? Do you like BTS? The world-renowned Danish toymaker has the perfect gift for you: an exclusive LEGO Ideas set based on the popular K-pop band!
It lets you recreate the scenes from their wildly popular Dynamite music video in LEGO form, complete with seven figures representing the members.
It was based on an idea sent by two LEGO fans: 21-year-old Jacob from New York and 20-year-old Josh from Indiana.
What do we know about the BTS LEGO Set?

The toymaker posted a press release showing Josh’s suggestion. He told LEGO, “I watched the music video over and over and tried to capture its essence in the LEGO bricks.”
Also, Jacob stated, “Josh did the building and design work, and, as a massive BTS fan, I told him what needed to be in it, what details were most important.”
In response, the toymaker made their idea into reality by announcing the LEGO Ideas BTS Dynamite set.
It lets fans build the set of the popular Dynamite MV that gained over a hundred million views in less than a day.
The BTS LEGO set included several elements from the video, like the donut shop, ice cream truck, and record store.
The set of bricks comes with instructions to help you recreate the scene, but you can freely change how it looks.
Of course, this K-pop tribute would not be complete without LEGO men representing the members: j-hope, V, Jung Kook, SUGA, Jin, RM, and Jimin.
They are dressed in their outfits during the beginning and second chorus of the Dynamite music video.
It does not include mini-figs to mimic their costumes from the solo shots and the alternate pastel outfit. However, you may change the band members’ expressions.
For example, you could make RM wink or Jung Kook smile like his iconic donut shot. Moreover, the plastic figures fairly recreate their hairstyles.
Note that LEGO hair can’t fully mimic how human hair looks like. Also, you would have to wait until March 1, 2023, to purchase the BTS LEGO set.
That is roughly two weeks away, so that might buy you enough time to save for its eye-watering $99.99 price tag!
