Iconic Wolf of Wall Street Mansion on the Market for $10 Million
“The Wolf of Wall Street” was a fantastic crime drama based on the real story of Jordan Belfort. The story follows his rise from a wealthy stockbroker living in affluence to his fall, which involves corruption, crime, and the federal government.
Portrayed by Leonardo Di Caprio, Jordan Belfort was a wealthy stockbroker whose home was a sprawling mansion you could easily get lost inside. According to Nancy Raia, a PR manager from Douglas Elliman, the movie only used the house’s exterior.

The house was on the market for precisely $9.9 million, but it’s not the first time it was on the list. According to listing records, the owners listed the house in May 2015 for $14.5 million.
It was again relisted in June 2021 for the same price. Its current listing has been since April 2022.
The residence featured in the award-winning movie is a 4.95-acre estate with its wine cellar, a ten-stall stable, and a saltwater pool. It is 25 miles from the Belmont Racetrack, so if you’re into horse racing, that’s a big plus.
If you acquire this magnificent château, you would be in good company as the houses in the area have an average listing price of $750,000 based on data from Realtor.com.
The building was constructed in 2010. It has a style with the theme of a French château, featuring a vast turret and high ceilings. Regina Rogers from Douglas Elliman Real Estate holds the listing.

She told Insider, “The quality of construction is felt throughout. My other favorite features that set this home apart from the rest include all the floor-to-ceiling windows. The balconies set off all the principal rooms and the main principal bedroom suite.”
Wolf of Wall Street House Address
The house is located 50 minutes from Manhattan, 45 minutes from the Hamptons, and 5 minutes from Oyster Bay village. She said, “The location is prime, right in the heart of the village of Mill Neck on Calf Farm Road.”
Several luxurious amenities make this mansion worth its 10 million dollar price tag. It has six bedrooms with a large main suite and seven bathrooms.
It also features an open-concept kitchen with bespoke wood cabinets and appliances, including a brick pizza oven and three dishwashers.
The main dining room, quite spacious, comes with a wet bar and a wine cooler and is accessible through a butler’s pantry. There’s also a bar and a hot tub.
If you go outside, the Wall Street Mansion has other amenities. It has a heated saltwater pool, a pond with a waterfall, and a barn. The mansion is also a haven for those who love spending time outdoors in the countryside.
The barn has enough space for ten stables, a tack room, and even an apartment for the farm manager. Remember, the Belmont Racetrack is close if you want to put your horses to the test.
Though affordability concerns have restricted demand since the beginning of the year, many Americans are still searching for a home. This Wall Street Mansion is one of several multi-million dollar options.
