WATCH: ‘Elsa’ pushes Boston police wagon stuck in snow

/ 04:29 PM March 15, 2018

While Boston experienced a snowstorm on Tuesday, a police wagon got stuck in the snow. Luckily, a man dressed as Elsa from the Disney movie “Frozen” came to rescue.

Watching from the sidelines at the local gastropub The Gallow, Christopher Haynes was able to take a video of how “Elsa” pushed the wagon out of the snow with all his might. Since Haynes posted the video on his Facebook page, it has gone viral.

“He was like ‘I wanted to blend in tonight so I threw this on,’” Haynes told People. “Nobody even knew this cop was stuck, but he ran out to help.”

The gastropub’s manager, Allegra Wolff, explained that a police officer came for a burger. As he left the establishment, his vehicle got stuck because of the blizzard. She said of the experience, “Elsa was the first one to run and prance out and help. It was amazing. He started pushing with all his might, and finally got the car unstuck.”

It was later revealed that “Elsa” was 37-year-old attorney Jason Paul Triplett. As seen in an Instagram video he posted, he braved the cold weather as snow fell.

Triplett said he blames cabin fever on why he dressed up as the Queen of Arendelle. When asked about his newfound fame, he said, “Everyone will be over it by noon.”

At least it’s cool to know he won’t have any trouble letting it go. Katrina Hallare/JB
