Draymond Green’s Star-Studded Wedding: Steph Curry and LeBron James spotted
Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green and actress Hazel Renee exchanged vows last weekend. As everybody expected, it was a star-studded celebration. The newly-wed couple had an impressive guest list, to say the least.
However, the couple may have had to cut down on their original wedding plans. Wife Renee even joked at the ESPY Awards in July. She quipped that the NBA fines that Draymond Green needs to pay had reduced their wedding budget.
According to Essence, the couple first met while attending the same college at Michigan State. But the two didn’t have the chance to date until after a few years. This was when both of them were out of school.

Renee recalls, “We went to a rooftop pool and hung out at the cabana all day, which is still one of our favorite things to do together. We hadn’t seen each other in a very long time, so we hung out all day, talked, and caught up. It was casual but also reflective of our relationship. We really are best friends.”
Furthermore, a wedding of one of the NBA stars also calls for unique guest lists. Some big names who attended the wedding are teammate Steph Curry, LeBron James, Dray’s agent, Rich Paul, Jayson Tatum, and a whole bunch more. Roddy Ricch and DaBaby even performed at the wedding.
After the wedding celebration, LeBron James even posted a heartwarming message to Green on Instagram. He congratulated Renee and Green for a remarkable wedding. LeBron James also expressed gratitude for letting him and his wife partake in Green’s momentous event.

LeBron James also posted along with some photos during Green’s wedding. “What an amazing time it was! Congratulations to you both on a beautiful/wonderful wedding. And thank you so much for allowing my Queen and me to be a part of the best day of your lives thus far! It was an honor! Love y’all.”
Moreover, Draymond Green and LeBron James are good friends. That’s why it’s not surprising why the latter was present at the nuptials. In addition, the two have also spent some time together during this offseason. Green even became James’ photographer recently.
Several athletes were also present at the wedding. And it’s good to see them gathering around not only on their usual ring but celebrating over a different kind of ring this time. Although most fans are trying to have them compete against each other, it’s nice that on rare occasions like this, their on-court competitions are beyond the arena.

Furthermore, new LA Lakers forward Juan Toscano-Anderson also posted one of the most memorable photos of the night. The snapshot showed Steph Curry, LeBron James, Rich Paul, and Moses Moody together.
A couple more huge names in the industry also attended the wedding. Some of them were Damion Lee, Seth Curry, Hall of Fame Michigan State coach Tom Izzo, and businessman Maverick Carter.
